Privacy
We value you as a visitor or a customer and we will handle your personal information in a responsible manner.
We use secure technology to process your transactions and protect them against access by non-interested parties. We do not divulge or share your phone numbers with other parties. We make reasonable use of your personal information to conduct and enhance our operations and unless told otherwise, communicate with site visitors and customers about orders, new products, special offers, promotions, services, events or corporate announcements. Periodically, we may share your mailing information with reputable organizations to let you know about interesting offers.
You may tell us not to contact you for promotional purposes by simply sending us an E-Mail at remove@eagleday.com. Your instructions will be promptly followed.

Order Acceptance and Payment
We accept order payment through VISA, Master Card, Aerican Express and Discover. If your credit card or shipping information is incorrect or invalid, we will make fair attempts to contact you for a period of 72 hours. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified of the cancellation via E-mail. We reserve all rights to refuse orders based on past customer history. Once placed, your order will be confirmed via E-Mail. We also accept PayPal, bank wire transfer and certified checks. Call or email for instructions regarding instructions for payment methods other than credit card. Note regarding pricing - Prices are subject to change at anytime, we do our best to update our website, but fluctuations happen due to circumstances beyond our control, most notably foreign exhchange rate fluctuations and price changes made by the manufacturers we represent.
Order Billing and Shipping
We ship world-wide via UPS or USPS. Our rates include all shipping and handling charges but do not include local import taxes or duties if applicable. We usually ship items in stock the next business day. If items on your order are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected back-order delay and new shipping options via E-mail and give you the following choices: 1) cancel your entire order; 2) cancel your order for the out-of-stock items; 3) request immediate shipment of items in stock; 4) wait until all items are in stock before shipping. If you cancel a back-order item, your shipping and handling charges will be adjusted accordingly. Unless you specify otherwise, all back-order items will be shipped in one shipment via UPS Ground for addresses in the lower 48 states and Next Day Air for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. If back-order items are part of an order which qualified you for free shipping then the back-order items will be shipped to you free of charge. If back order-items require multiple shipments to fullfil your initial order, an additional back-order shipping and handling fee per shipment of $4.99 for Ground, $27.99 for Next Day Air and $12.99 for 2nd Day Air will be added to your order total for addresses in the lower 48 states. For addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, a back-order shipping and handling fee per shipment of $28.99 for Next Day Air and $17.99 for 2nd Day Air will be added to your order total. For addresses in Canada, back orders are treated as separate orders and are subject to regular order shipping fees.
If on your original order you had requested a higher level of service than Ground for the lower 48 states or 2nd Day Air for Alaska and Hawaii and you have not opted for the same level of service for back-order item shipping, your order total will be adjusted to reflect the lower shipping and handling rates associated with normal back-order item shipping.
International orders please note: Customer is responsible for any additional Duty fees, Customs, VAT, Import Taxes, or other point of entry charges for shipments outside of the continental United States as we have no control over these.
Gift Certificates
Eagle Day Gift Certificates can be ordered in $25, $50, $75 and $100 denominations. All Eagle Day gift certificates are electronic and can only be delivered via e-mail. Gift Certificates are not taxed and there are no shipping charges for sending them. You may have them e-mailed directly to the recipient or to yourself, for you to present them in person.
Buying A Gift Certificate
• Buy gift certificates for the amount you would like to spend
• Follow the directions during during check out. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have placed your order.
Terms And Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases and redemptions of Eagle Day Gift Certificates purchased or used in any manner on the Eagle Day web site:
• Gift Certificates can only be redeemed at eagleday.com (not valid for eagledayparts.com)
• Gift Certificates, and unused portions of gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of issue for future purchases using the same Eagle Day Gift Certificate authorization code.
• Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, are not transferable to orders already placed, and cannot be redeemed for other Gift Certificates.
• Gift certificates cannot be combined with discount coupons.
• If the value of the Gift Certificate exceeds the total cost of the purchase, Eagle Day.com will hold the remaining value in your account for a period of up to 6 months from the Gift Certificate's original issue date. • Sales tax are not charged on the purchase of Eagle Day Gift Certificates. Sales tax, if applicable, will be charged on items purchased at eagleday.com using a Gift Certificate.
• Discounts or coupons may not be applied towards the purchase of a gift certificate.
Sales Tax
Because of our Florida Location, a 6.0% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Florida addresses.
Merchandise Return
If not completely satisfied, you may return your purchases (except electrical or electronic parts and components, see below) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the merchandise returned is non-defective and in saleable condition. Past the 7-day return period, a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item(s) purchase price will be applied to the refund. No returns or exchanges accepted after 60 days. All merchandise returned must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. A pro-rated refund will be applied to non-defective merchandise that is not in saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item shipped was defective. Visit the Contact Info page for shipping address information. For returns due to a shipping error on our part or a defective item (see Warranty Policy), we will gladly refund your shipping expenses as follows: original order shipping charges (pro-rated according to our U.S. Domestic and Canada Order Shipping Rates if the item was part of a multi-item order) and return shipping expenses as if returned from the original order delivery location via UPS Standard Ground Service using our packaging, no matter how much your return shipping expenses were.
Returns of Eagle Day, Inc purchase gifts, free or promotional items are not allowed. If merchandise that was associated with purchase gifts, free or promotional items, is returned for reasons other than an error on our part or the item shipped was defective, the full published value of purchase gifts, free or promotional items will be deducted from the refund if the amount refunded causes the order amount to fall below the purchase gifts, free or promotional items qualifying amount.
Return of Electrical or Electronic Parts and Components
All sales of electrical or electronic parts and components are final. No returns are allowed unless the merchandise is proven defective or shipped in error by Eagle Day, Inc. or one of our suppliers. Without exceptions, all electrical or electronic parts or components returns must be approved by an Eagle Day, Inc. Customer Service representative who will issue an RMA# which must accompany the returned merchandise. Customers must inspect packages upon receipt and refuse delivery if the packaging is damaged and/or is suspected to contain damaged merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the sender at their expense. Standard S&H fees will be applied.
Warranties
All products sold are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Eagle Day, Inc. warranties the workmanship of all products manufactured by Eagle Day, Inc. for one year following delivery. See our Merchandise Return policy above for additional information on returning defective items.
