 | | CAYENNE S Billet Grilles
Eagle Day is proud to introduce aluminum grilles for the Porsche Cayenne. CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, brushed-finish polish, and clear anodized for years of protection, the grilles add a distinctive style to this luxury SUV. The grilles are designed and engineered with the following in mind:
• Conserve factory airflow. Typical honeycomb designs can restrict as much as 48% of airflow. The design overlays onto the existing fins and each bar are given a specific radius to maximize airflow to factory specifications. This is critical.
• Ease of installation. The grilles are designed to overlay the factory plastic grilles with stainless hardware provided in the kit. A typical installation may take 10 to 15 minutes.
• Conserve the stock factory automobile. We understand that many customers do not wish to physically modify their vehicle and want the ability to return the vehicle back to factory stock. These grilles are designed to easily be removed and return the automobile back to stock original.
• Competitive pricing. Porsche offers “aluminum-look” replacement grilles that are basically painted plastic pieces for two times the price of real CNC-machined aluminum pieces. The choice is simple. See More Photos
